What forms of payment does ClanSpy Network accept?
ClanSpy Network at this time only accepts payments via PayPal. Paypal.com is available for credit card transactions as well as checking account deductions.
How and when am I billed for services?
By logging into a designated client management center, clients have access to pending invoices which are paid with the click of a button. Invoices are emailed to clients at least 10 days prior to due date. Those paying via credit card will be automatically billed on each months recurring due date until otherwise requested to terminate an account.
Is there any money back guarantee if I'm not pleased with service?
Definitely! If you're not satisfied with our service or hardware, you'll receive a full refund. This is valid through the first 30 days of initial payment. (30 Day Money Back Guarantee) *Note: Money Back Guarantee does not apply to dedicated server orders or quarterly payments. Servers are built on a per order basis and are non-refundable.

What is the connectivity rate of ClanSpy Network servers?
All services be it hosting, gaming, or radio broadcasting put out an astounding OC3 connectivity rate. OC3 is equivalent to 155 million bits per second or [155Mbps]. ( Over 100 x T1 )
What backbone providers supply your database connections?
Our datacenter is connected via ATT, UUNet, InterNap, Qwest, and Cogent Communications.
Where is your datacenter located?
Our primary datacenter is located in Dallas, Texas. This location has proven to provide the highest connectivity ratio w/ superb ping results.

Who do I contact & where for technical support?
All clients receive login information to access their client management center. Through this area one can easily submit a support ticket for immediate assistance via email.
HOSTING
What is the fee for more Storage Space and Bandwidth?
All hosting and reseller clients are able to purchase more bandwidth and storage space should the need arise. If any client happens to exceed the default limits of their package, the account will not be suspended rather remain active with a surcharge calculated accordingly. Our fee is $5.00 per 200Mb block of Storage Space & $1.50 per 1Gb Data Transfer month.
I don't see a package listed that suits my needs, can I customize options?
ClanSpy Network clearly states in our company creed "Dedicated Performance, Personalized Precision." The packages listed on our network indicate the needs required by most beginner to avid hosting clients. Any and all options may be customized and will alter the total fees imposed.
How long does it take to setup a new account?
From start to finish your account will be activated within 30 minutes based on current averages. Delays could be incurred as a result of delayed payment, payment by check/money order, domain registration, or server installation (Dedicated clients).
How do I administrate and control my hosting account?
All hosting clients have a fully functional Control Panel accessed via any Web Browser. From this panel any & all options pertaining to your account can be modified. This includes database administration, POP3 Email accounts, 3rd party scripts, file manager, and much more.

What is a Reseller account?
A Reseller account is a large hosting account granted the ability to host other domains. In short, you are a hosting company. Reseller accounts have unlimited domain hosting status allowing you to begin your own startup hosting business. Who provides technical support for my hosting clients?
Owners of Reseller accounts are responsible for implementing their own method of handling support issues from clients. Should any questions or technical support issue arise that you are unable to answer, you simply forward the request to our help desk and we'll advise you of the problem at hand and the response that should be taken.
Will my clients see the DNS for ClanSpy Network?
As a Reseller, you will have your own Name Servers on the domain with Reseller access. This means that any and all hosting clients you accumulate will have the name servers of your domain. IE: ns1.resellersdomain.com.
How do I control my hosting clients accounts?
Just as any hosting client has a Cpanel, Reseller Clients also have a vast array of tools at their disposal. These tools are all located in the customized Web Host Manager. Everything you need to operate a fully functional hosting center is located in this manager. It is entirely web based for ease of use and convenience.
How do I accept payment from paying clients?
It's your responsibility as a Reseller to process your own payments. Many payment processors are at your disposal and can be found by searching the internet. Contact ClanSpy Network for assistance in locating a variety of payment processor links.
Why should I purchase a Reseller account?
If you have the desire to host multiple domains while having the ability to make income at the same time, this option could be for you. It contains a large amount of Storage Space and Bandwidth allowing a variety of opportunities with web hosting access.

How long will it take for my server to be setup after payment is made?
ClanSpy Network dedicated servers, be it Hosting or Gaming have a 24-72 hour setup period. Our servers are custom built for each customer at the time of order placement.
